Led a six-person team that provides research and analysis of future trends and economic performances in the auto industry.
Delivered 20 PowerPoint presentations over three years at national meetings to educate the leadership and membership on trends affecting disruption in the industry.
Use strategic futuring tools to build a future state roadmap for UAW Leadership to anticipate, plan and respond to Ford Motor Company Purchasing and manufacturing decisions.
Traveled to 14 Ford manufacturing plants and met with leadership staff to identify sourcing issues in advance of National Negotiations. Reviewed all sourcing complaints issues to ensure adherence to the master labor agreement.

Responsible for $40M annual budget of UAW-Ford National Programs Center.

Planning, coordinating and implementing four quarterly sub-council meetings in various locations around the country.
Coordinated purchase and negotiations with the City of Detroit on acquiring the property.
Managed bidding process to select vendors for constructions.
Planned and coordinated $5M in renovations of joint programs center.
